Where do you start? It’s quite opposite to the typical get fit training image – You have to eat lots, get fat, get cold, single sport, train in dirty water? Not the typical incentives I would look forward to in training!!What do you like to eat during these long swims?
I’d usually stick to gels and water then crave the coke kick in last hour or so … But in cold water I’m thinking something warm … maybe porridge? Warm coke?
Will you be getting a tattoo after this swim to symbolise what you have achieved?
Ye I thought I’d go for the speedo bathers and goggle tatt that is complementary!
